Why does my route still have stairs?
Limits of map data and what to do when Accessible cannot skip every step.
Accessible avoids known stairs when the data says they are there. Some steps are missing from any map.
Short stair segments in alleys or miradouros may still appear. Read the card and zoom the map before you Go.
Move To to a nearby entrance (for example the front of a park instead of a hillside gate) and tap Find again.
Report the issue when signed in so we can correct the map for the next walker.
